THE Holiday Inn Express Derry has been recognised by Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) and their management company, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, as a top-performing hotel, achieving ‘Trailblazer Status’.
Hotels are scored across a range of customer experience and guest service metrics; those scoring a high enough level during 2019 have been awarded the ‘Trailblazer’ status at a prestigious awards dinner held in Amsterdam last month.
The Holiday Inn Express Derry was ranked as 3rd Best Holiday Inn Express in the UK, and 13th in Europe, an outstanding achievement for this new hotel, which opened in July 2019.
