THE Department of Health has announced that there were no Covid-19 related deaths in the North of Ireland in the past 24 hours.
It is the first day since March 18 that no deaths have been reported here.
The department’s daily dashboard says by 10 am today, Tuesday, May 26 May 514 deaths had been recorded by the department.
The latest figures show a further 28 confirmed positive cases of the virus, bringing that total to 4,637.
There have been 23 confirmed deaths from COVID-19 in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area with a further 163 confirmed cases.
