Agriculture and Environment Minister Edwin Poots has announced that there’ll be further relaxations at forest and country parks across the North of Ireland.
Public facilities will reopen, while plans have also been made for food providers.
In a tweet, Minister Poots said: “I have authorised the opening of public conveniences in forest/country parks from Monday.
“I have also authorised that vans selling beverages, ice cream, hot foods will be allowed to operate.”
Last week National Trust parks and gardens were allowed to reopen but had to require advance booking from visitors.
The attractions will be available to visit for the first time since the start of the Coronavirus lockdown.
It comes after the gradual reopening of car parks at forest parks operated by the Forest Service across the North of Ireland.
National Trust outdoor spaces are now operating at about one-third capacity because of social distancing measures.
