THE Department of Health has said there has been no Coronavirus-related deaths recorded in the North of Ireland in the past 24 hours.
The total number of deaths recorded by the department remains at 545.
This figure is mostly comprised of hospital deaths and where a patient had previously tested positive for the virus.
The latest figures on the department’s dashboard show a further one confirmed positive case of the virus, bringing the total to 4,871.
There have been 27 recorded COVID-19 deaths in Derry City and Strabane District Council area, with over 170 positive cases within the council boundary.
There also have been no new recorded deaths from Coronavirus in the Republic in the past 24 hours.
