Man to face Derry court over probe into INLA criminality
He is expected to appear at Derry Magistrates’ court on Friday, July 31, 2020, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS
The chargess follow an arrest in Derry on Tuesday by detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force investigating ongoing criminality linked to the INLA.
