A man has been rescued from a fire at a flat in Derry.
The fire and rescue service were called to the blaze at a fourth floor flat in Crawford Square just after 2 pm on Sunday.
An investigation has started into the cause of the fire, which caused thick smoke to engulf the flat.
Emergency services were at the scene for most of the afternoon and into the evening.
The man was taken to Altnagelvin Hospital for treatment.
