DERRY City and Strabane District Counncil say Altnageolvin cemeteries have reopened after icy conditions earlier this monring.
However, the City Cemetery remains clsoed for the rest of the day to the public.
Pennyburn recycling centre has now reopened.
But recycling centes at Plumbridge, Newtownstewart and Park are currently closed to the pubilc because of the weather conditions.
