A joint venture between the north west’s Celtronic Festival and New Delhi online radio station, Boxout.fm, the festival will showcase the best up-and-coming electronic music from both parts of the world.
Now in its 21st year, Celtronic has been forced to go online due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Acts from Ireland will include the Autumns, Fully Automatic Model as well as DJ sets from BBC Radio Ulster’s Stephen McCauley among others.
Celtronic founder, Gareth Stewart said the online festival was an opportunity to share skills and develop future projects.
“This is a very exciting project for everyone at Celtronic and all of the artists,” Mr Stewart said.
Delhi-Derry: Electronic Connections takes place on Friday and Saturday from 3.30pm.
It is being live-streamed via YouTube, Mixcloud and boxout.fm.
It can be accessed through the Celtronic Festival Facebook channel: http://www.facebook.com/celtronicfestival
