Clann na nGael Walk/Jog/Run club has raised a massive four figure sum for the Chest Heart and Stroke NI charity.
The Tyrone club say: “On Thursday evening past, the club was very proud to present Majella Devine with a cheque for the fantastic sum of £6751.65 which was raised during the November challenge fundraising event for Chest Heart & Stroke (NI).
“Having had a sudden family bereavement last year, Majella wanted to give something back to this great charity and acknowledge the work that they do.
“So as a club and community, people came together to support her cause and help raise this fantastic sum.
“Receiving the cheque from Majella is Valerie Saunders from CHS (NI)
“On behalf of Majella we would really like to thank everyone who took part and more importantly those who donated to this very worthwhile charity.”
