POLICE have named the woman who was murdered at an outdoor accommodation site in Co Derry on Monday, July 12.
She was 37-year-old Kathleen ‘Katie’ Brankin who was from the Newtownabbey area of Co Antrim.
The victim was found fatally stabbed at holiday accommodation on on Seacoast Road in Limavady.
Detectives are continuing to question a 53 year old man on suspicion of her murder.
Anyone with information, or who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area around that time of the murder is urged to contact the investigation team on 101 quoting reference number 2211 of 12/07/21.
