THE Department of Health has reported a further 1,430 new Coronavirus cases in the North of Ireland in the past 24 hours.
That’s a fall of 445 on figures given yesterday for Thursday.
There have been a further six deaths, bringing the Department of Health’s total number of deaths from the virus (mostly in hospital settings) to 2,342.
At the weekends and on bank holidays the Department does not publish its online dashboard giving a breakdown of infections and deaths across all 11 council areas here.
The dashboard will be updated on Tuesday, August 31 at 2 pm.
To date, a total of 2,438,420 vaccines have been administered across the North of Ireland.
