Police launched a public appeal on Tuesday for help in locating Roy William McKee.
Mr McKee was last seen on Monday, October 11, around 8.30 am on Finaghy Road South, Belfast.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “He was wearing a navy jumper, dark blue shirt and light brown shorts.
“If you think you have seen Roy or know where he may be, please call 101 quoting serial reference 1398 of the 11th of October.
Friends of Mr McKee’s family contacted Derry Daily this morning and asked us to share his missing person details.
They want the public in Derry to keep an eye out for him and report any sightings as they believe he may have travelled to the city.
