A 44-year-old man arrested under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act in Derry yesterday, Friday, October 22, has been released following questioning.
He was arrested by Terrorism Investigation TUnit detectives investigating violent dissident republican activity.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “The investigation continues.”
