INLA in Derry linked to drug dealing in the city
He has been charged with two counts of possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply; two counts of possession of Class B controlled drug; being concerned in the offer to supply a Class B controlled drug and conspiracy to transfer criminal property.
He is due to appear at Derry Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Thursday, November 11, for a first remand hearing.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
The man was arrested earlier today in Derry by PCTF detectives investigating the drug dealing activities of the INLA in the city.
