Missing William Carlin
A PSNI spokesperson said: “William was last seen between 3pm and 4pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022, in the Spencer Road area of the Waterside.
“William is described as 5ft, of medium build with balding grey hair and a beard.
“He also normally wears glasses and walks with a stick.
“If you have any information on William’s whereabouts please contact police on 101 quoting ref 1624 of 28/01/22.”
