DERRY City and Strabane District Council says that Pennyburn Recycling Centre remains closed this morning following the weather conditions overnight.
The council say in a statement: “We hope to open the facility as soon as possible.
“Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
“Please refer to our social media platforms for regular updates.”
