A MAN has been arrested for questioning following a house search in Derry by police during which drugs were uncovered.
Police Derry City and Strabane say: “Waterside Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out a search by virtue of Warrant in the Waterside area of the City on Friday evening.
“As a result of the search, a quantity of Class B and C drugs have been taken off our streets and a male is in Custody, helping us with our enquiries.
“We will continue to carry out proactive searches and remove the substances and individuals that would bring harm to our community.”
