Live Here Love Here helps support community-based environmental projects across the North of Ireland.
It also aims to support projects which improve people’s health and wellbeing.
The scheme, which is run in partnership with ten district councils, the Housing Executive, engineering company McAdam and Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, awards grants of between £500 and £3,000.
Groups, including volunteer organisations, schools and sports clubs, can apply to the scheme until noon on April 28.
Helen Tomb, manager at Live Here Love Here, said the grants can help improve communities across the north.
“Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful is committed to delivering change around climate action, biodiversity recovery and pollution solutions, and this scheme directly supports the communities that take care of our environment and, in turn, our wellbeing,” she said.
“These groups make a real difference to our communities and the Small Grants Scheme has proven vital to helping them in their delivery.”
