POLICE are appealing for witnesses over an accident in Co Derry.
Police Derry City and Strabane say: “We’re investigating a report of a road traffic collision in Claudy during the early hours of yesterday, Monday, August 22.
“At around 1 am on Altinure Road a man sustained a leg injury after an incident involving a tractor.
“The victim was subsequently taken to hospital by NIAS for treatment.
“If you have information about this incident, or if you were travelling on Altinure Road at around 1am and saw what happened, or captured dash cam footage of the incident, call us on 101, and quote reference number 1270 of 22/08/22.”
