The NI have dealth with a fire in sheltered housing building in Derry’s Asylum Road area.
The NI Fire and Rescue Service said they received a call at 8.21pm on Tuesday evening to an automatic fire alarm in the Lavery Fold building.
On arrival, they discovered a fire had broken out in a flat on the first floor and additional fire appliances were later called to the scene.
A spokesperson for the NIFRS said everyone in the building was accounted for and out of the building.
An elderly woman received care from the ambulance service who were also on scene.
