Man charged over drug dealing linked to INLA

Detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF) investigating criminality associated with the INLA have charged a 25-year-old man with a number of drug offences.

He has been charged with possession of a class A controlled drug and possession of a class A controlled drug with intent to supply.

He is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court on December 21st.

As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

The charges follows a search of a property in the Sevenoaks area of Derry on May 18 this year.
