Leading Donegal Facility Management Company, TFS, is currently seeking a full-time Accounts/Office Administrator.
Duties include:
* Reconciliation and processing of purchase and sales invoices on Xero accounts package( knowledge of Xero preferred)
* Inputting and processing of supplier Invoices on a daily basis to include matching, coding and verifying accuracy
* Assistance with processing of payments for suppliers.
* Assist both external suppliers and accounts team with accounts payable queries
* Assistance with reconciliation of monthly creditor statements.
* Support the internal and external audit process.
*Support finance team with accounts payable emails
* Any other duties, relevant to this position as required from time to time
* Assist with month end procedures and reporting
* General Administration duties
* Office hours 9am to 5pm
