DCI John Caldwell fighting for his life in hospital after New IRA murder bid
The man was arrested under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
He was arrested this morning, Saturday 18 March, following the search of a property in Derry.
He has been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning.
