The outcome of the first stage of the count for the Ballyarnett DEA is that two candidates have reached the quota
They Mayor of Derry and Strabane Sandra Duffy of Sinn Fein and the SDLP’s Rory Farrell.
Mayor Duffy topped the poll with 2,164 votes with the quota set at 1,392.
