Police in Derry are appealing for witnesses of an assault that happened on Waterloo Street.
Police Derry City and Strabane say: “The incident happened at approximately 12.05 am on Sunday, June 25, 2023 near to a bar.
“A female was assaulted by a number of individuals.”
Inspector Michael McGahan. “The woman sustained in injuries, including bruising to her arm and chest.
“This is being treated as a hate crime, and police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed what occurred to get in touch by calling 101, quoting reference 1268 of 25/06/23.
