DCI John Caldwell shot in Omagh in February
The men, aged 45, 47 and 58, have been charged with preparatory acts of terrorism under the Terrorism Act 2000.
The 45-year-old man and the 58-year-old man have further been charged with possession of articles for use in terrorism, and providing property for the purposes of terrorism.
All three are now to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court via videolink on Wednesday, July 5, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
