He has been arrested under section 41 of the Terrorism Act.
The suspect has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station to be questioned.
The investigation continues, and police appeal to anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting reference number 1664 of 20/11/22.

A Ford Mondeo car belonging to a food delivery driver was hijacked in the Curryneirin area that night by masked men.
He was ordered at gunpoint to drive the saloon car to a police station at Richill Park in the Waterside.
Initially, police said a device on board was a “hoax” but 24 hours later police chiefs revealed that it was a “viable device”.
