During proceedings, the court was shown video footage of a fight outside a bar in which the father-of-one was stabbed.
The CCTV footage was played during a bail application for one of two men accused of murdering Mr Browne in Castlederg’s Main Street.
The father-of-one, who is from Strabane and has strong family connections to Donegal, was stabbed outside a bar in the early hours of Saturday, September 2 and died in hospital on Monday, September 4.
Adam Acheson, 28, from Baron Square Court, Drumquin, and Jeffrey Bustard, 27, from Drumlegagh Church Road, Newtownstewart, were charged with his murder when they faced Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 6, for a first remand hearing.
In addition to the murder charge, Acheson is also accused of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a knife, with intent to endanger life.
Acheson was remanded into custody to Maghaberry Prison for four weeks.
The court granted Bustard bail subject to strict conditions.
Two other men remain in police custody for questioning over the murder.
