A motorcyclist has died following a single vehicle crash in Co Donegal.
Gardaí said the victim of the crash was a man aged in his late 40s.
It happened on the R262, near Glenties, just before 4 pm on Sunday.
He was treated at the The man received treatment at the scene, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
Gardaí said the road was closed to traffic with diversions in place while the scene if forensically examined.
They have asked anyone with dash cam footage who were travelling in the area at the time to contact them.
