Bishop Street courthouse in Derry
The charges are in connection with the seizure of a number of items following a search of a property in The Old Fort area of Strathfoyle on Friday evening, October 13.
He has been charged with possession of Class A, Class B and Class C controlled drugs and possession of Class A and Class B controlled drugs with intent to supply.
The man was also charged with being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug and being concerned in the supply of a Class B controlled drug.
He was due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court in Bishop Street, today, Monday, October 16.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
