PSNI Tactical Support Group vehicles at the scene of disturbance on Thursday evening
The man was issued with a Community Resolution Notice for resisting police and disorderly behaviour.
The woman was released unconditionally.
Police sent five land rovers from its Tactical Support Group to the scene following a report of a disturbance at the Premier Inn in the Sevenoaks area of the city.
