Bishop Street courthouse in Derry
It follows his arrest in the Springtown Road area of Derry on Wednesday, September 18.
He was charged with a number of offences, including attempted possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, offering to supply a Class B controlled drug and being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug.
He is expected to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 19, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
