Bishop Street courthouse in Derry
He is due to appear at Derry Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 16th October for a first remand hearing.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The charge is in relation to a search conducted by the Derry City & Strabane District Support Team at a property in Derry on Thursday 19th September, in which a quantity of suspected Class B Controlled drugs were seized.
