Lecky Road in Derry where woman was viciously sexually and physically assaulted by a male
He was charged with sexual assault by penetration and grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
