Bishop Street courthouse in Derry
The 36-year-old has been charged with possession of a Class A controlled drug, being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug and possession of a Class A controlled drug with intent to supply.
He is due to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court this morning, Wednesday, January 8, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
