Police are treating a paint attack on a gaming centre in Derry as a hate crime.
The PSNI said two masked individuals sprayed red paint over the Oasis amusement premises in Shipquay Street using fire extinguishers at around 9.30 pm on Sunday, February 9.
The attackers hurled the two fire extinguishers at the building, damaging the windows.
Last October, the shop was targeted in a separate attack when red paint was daubed over the shopfront and windows were smashed.
A police spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of this incident, which at this time, is being treated as a hate crime.”
The PSNI appealed for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident to contact them on the 101 number or anonymously on Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
