Were you living in the UK when Derry won their first All-Ireland in 1993?
If so, a public history lecturer from Newcastle University wants to hear your story.
Dr Jack Hepworth is also looking for participants from Down and Donegal for his oral history project on Ulster teams who blitzed the championship in the early 1990s.
He is interested in talking to exiles who were across the water at the time and who remember those occasions.
“A new oral history project at Newcastle University – Exiles Celebrating the Sam Maguire – is interviewing people who lived in Britain in the 1990s and remember Down, Derry and Donegal winning the Sam Maguire Cup,” Dr Hepworth stated.
