A 58-year-old man, who was arrested on 6 November 2024 in Derry, returned for questioning yesterday, March 3, 2025.
The man was arrested by detectives from the PSNI’s Terrorism Investigation Unit in relation to an ongoing investigation into illegal money lending.
Police say that following questioning, he was released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
The investigation continues.
Two men, aged 44 and (at the time) aged 57, were arrested on 6 November 2024 following three planned searches in the city.
On 17 February 2025, the 44-year-old man returned for questioning and he also was released pending a report to the PPS.
